With our Industry Leading Glow in the Dark Pigments, Colored Concentrates and Fluorescent Pigments and your own Clear Base Inks, it is very easy. The Allureglown USA System allows you to customize your Daytime and Glow Colors, as well as have total control of the amount of Glow Intensity you want. The Allureglow USA System works with any type of Screen Printing Ink, including Waterbased, Discharge and all forms of Plastisol. We will even help you with the Brands and Types of Inks that we have used and starting point formulations. We have tested and printed with the Allureglow USA System in virtually every type of Screen Prining Ink, so we have the Technical Experience available to all of our customers. The Allureglow USA System is comprised of 3 Components: Customer Supplied Clear Base Inks, Allureglow USA Glow in the Dark Pigments, Allureglow Colored Dispersions and Fluorescent Pigments. Allureglow USA Glow in the Dark Pigments come in a variety of Colors, Types and Sizes. We have one type specifically for Waterbased and Discharge Inks and another type that is suitable for Solvent Based, Plastisol, PVC, UV and Epoxy Inks. Allureglow USA Glow in the Dark Pigments offer the Highest Luminosity of any on the Market Today. We also offer a full line of UV and IR Pigments for both Water and Solvent Based Inks.
Allureglow USA has the only Patent Pending Colored Concentrates that has been developed specifically for use with Allureglow USA Glow in the Dark Pigments . We have spent countless hours testing various pigments and have chosen only the highest automotive grade pigments. Allureglow USA Colored Concentrates are formulated to hold up to the most severe UV conditions, without any concern of fading or discoloration of either the daytime color or nighttime glow. Each dispersion has been tested in excess of two thousand hours in a Certified Weatherometer following the strictest ASTM Standards. These dispersions are highly concentrated and require very low addition percentages,(no more than 2%) so a 2 oz. bottle is going to go a long way. Simply follow the guidelines on the Color Concentrates TDS.
With the ever increasing demand for Unique and Innovative Products, the combination of Allureglow USA Pigments and Colored Concentrates, enable the Screen Printer to get into this market without having to stock a large inventory of ink. This combination also makes it extremely easy to create custom colors.
